At FAPOMOTO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your FAPOMOTO account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel, ensuring no other tracking labels are visible.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
